At Seema with Love, your satisfaction is our guarantee. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or have an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product integrity.
You may choose to receive a refund, exchange or credit where the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or does not do what it is supposed to do. Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
SKINCARE AND CANDLES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your skincare products or candles purchased, you may return the item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be provided with proof of purchase on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable time frame. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
We ask you to please choose your floral arrangements carefully. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Dried floral arrangements are fragile in nature and must be moved with care. They also do not respond well to being placed in direct sunlight or right near a window where the extremes in external weather conditions are more easily felt.
The term “dried flowers” stands for actually more than just flowers that are dried but also grasses, pods or sometimes even branches. Dried and fresh flowers are classed as perishable goods. We use seasonal, mostly dried and preserved flowers, twigs and plant material to create these beautiful floral pieces of art. As such, over a long period of time, it’s not uncommon for the natural elements to dry further and fade naturally, a shade or two, as nature had originally intended. Certain flowers and plant material may also have been professionally touched up with colour and floral paint to enhance the natural textures.It’s not uncommon to sometimes see droplets or liquid beads on stems, especially in extremes of temperature. These should evaporate and disappear naturally.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
